This is an experienced gutter installer who wants to take the next step in their career. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with customers and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, and to grow with an established brand.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+. years of gutter installation experience
Attitude: Positive, calm, team-oriented, customer-service focused
Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Commitment: Looking for stability with a company that provides tons of growth opportunities
Compensation: $30.00-$40.00+ per hour, and commission based project work

While our Northern Illinois operation is new, The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is an established national franchise with more than 140 locations across the country and years of proven systems, training, processes, and industry experience behind it. That gives our team a unique opportunity: the excitement and growth potential of joining a new business, backed by the resources and infrastructure of a mature organization.
We specialize exclusively in gutters, including seamless gutter installation, repairs, gutter guards, cleanings, and specialty gutter solutions. Our goal is simple: do exceptional work, provide an outstanding customer experience, and build a company where great employees have the opportunity to grow as the business grows.
As one of our first field employees, the Lead Installer will have the opportunity to take ownership, help establish how our crews operate, mentor future installers, and grow into greater leadership responsibility as we add customers, crews, and territories.
We’re not looking for someone to simply fill a position. We’re looking for someone who wants to get in early, grow with us, and help build something great.
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
